Rubber hose for high temperature steam VIGORE 1 is made of black, smooth, extruded IIR rubber compound and has two braids of high-tensile steel wire.
VIGORE 1 is design for high pressure saturated steam (max 18 bar at +210°C = +261 psi at +410°F). Rubber hose is suitable for loading saturated and superheated steam in cleaning and sterilization applications, petrochemical industry and general steam service applications.
Temperature Range:
-40°C (-40°F) to +210°C (+410°F)
with peaks up to +235°C (+455°F)
Rubber hose VIGORE 2 is made of black, smooth, EPDM rubber compound, heat and saturated steam resistant and has high tensile steel cords.
VIGORE 2 is design for high pressure saturated steam (max 18 bar at +210°C = +261 psi at +410°F). Suitable for the petrochemical industry and general
steam service applications.
Temperature Range:
-40°C (-40°F) to +210°C (+410°F)
