CERGOM 10 Rubber Hose is recommended for applications in the industries: steelworks, cookery, thermoelectric power plant, cement works, mining industries, ceramic works, glassworks, insulating material manufactures etc. Rubber hose CERGOM 10 is supplied in customized lengths assembled with standard flanges DIN PN 10/16 and, on request, with special fittings, the working pressure is of 3-6 bar according to assembly method.
This is special construction of rubber hose. Tube has ceramic hexagonal plates (sinterized Alumina) processed to match black BR/NR rubber compound, highly resistant to abrasion. The plates are made from Alumina Oxide and produced sinterizing atomized dust according to the most advanced technology.
A peculiar dense structure and a very high hardness are assured by a special manufacturing process. These features place this hose on top of quality for wear resistance as ever before.
The special inside surface guarantees a perfect flow of the medium avoiding problems due to packing and oxidation.

Hosemann LTD is able to produce and supply several types / constructions of Expansion Joints like Metal Bellow Expanison Joints, Rubber Expansion Joint, Fabric Expansion Joint and any mention compensators in requested sizes and dimmensions. All Compensators according client requirements ( customized expansion joints ) avaliable .
Considering working conditions and working pressure Metal Expansion Joints are usually working in temperature range from -200 °C up to +550 °C sometimes even up to + 950°C or +1050.
Hosemann’s Compensators ( Expansion Joint ) are produced by follow EJMA standard in according to EN 14917:2009 Metal bellows expansion joints for pressure application.
Usually Metal Expansion Joints – Metal Bellows Compensators produced / supplied by Hosemann are made of stainless steel SUS321, sometimes SUS304 or SUS316, or when we proposing Metal Expansion Joints for high temperature we using SUS310S steel what give us max working temperature for Hosemann’s Expansion Joint going up to +1050 °C (we advice you to contact our technical specialists)
Fabric Compensators are some alternative for Metal Bellow Compensators especially where you deal with high vibration compensation expectations or you do have applications like engine or blower starting / stopping often, so metal or rubber compensator can be damaged because of to high frequency amplitude moment. Fabric Expansion Joints can be made of such materials like aluminosilicate (+1240 °C), glass fibre (+550 °C), silicon (+220 °C), PTFE (+250 °C), sometimes some steel fibre braid as reinforcement.
In our Fabric Expansion Joints production range are maybe 20 different material types with different thickness, density and different overall heat transfer coefficient and all this influence right construction with typical Fabric Expansion Joints sizes up to DN4000 mm.
Rubber Expansion Joints made of EPDM rubber ( Working temperature up to +120 °C ) are most common choice in Hosemann offer, we sometimes supply high quality NBR Rubber Expansion Joints, on request CR Rubber Expansion Joints. ( Rubber Expansion Joint typical sizes DN25- DN1200 ).
Special Construction Customized Expansion Joint are produced on request.

On Hosemann website you can find most common standard metal corrugated hoses including all avaliable versions. Usually metal hoses working temperature range is limited by steel type and can be from -200°C up to +550°C.
Corrugated metal hoses and metal expansion joints are produced at least since 125 years, since that time many top companies on the field made more or less important inventions or constructions upgreades in consequence you need to keep in mind that even welding technology or sometimes even KNOW HOW determinate pottential metal hoses working time.
Stainless steel metal braided hoses you can distinguish as standard metal corrugated hoses, high flexible metal hoses, heavy duty corrugated hoses additionaly each type can be made in slightly different bellows construction (annular metal hoses and helical metal hoses) – pictures below are showing the difference, additionally single braided metal corrugated hoses and double braided metal hoses are avaliable, for each bellows construction.
Standard Metal Hoses you can distinguish as Annular Metal Hoses and Helical Metal Hoses but most common is Annular Metal Hose with single braid see table below
